Dave Dalka, one of the Web’s top 150 marketing bloggers, gives good LinkedIn tips. If there is one thing that I’m really bad at it’s networking. I’ve learned a lot from Dave since I met him and yesterday’s tip about how to request a LinkedIn reccommendation during one of our routine phone calls was a grand one. I sent Dave a generic request for a reccomendation which he promptly refused to do until I gave him guidance on what my objectives, mission and strengths were. Darn that Dave Dalka - he’s so smart (and a thought leader dude) - why didn’t I think of that!
